Who is the Data Controller

How we collect your Personal Data
We collect your Personal Data through the Video Surveillance system active within the perimeter of the Outlet Village and connected to the control room, capable of processing the Personal Data relating to the data subject’s images.

Category of data: images;
Purpose of the processing and nature of the data: the images are processed for the purposes of security and the protection of the Data Controller’s property. Should you not wish to be subject to processing, you may refrain from entering the perimeter marked by the warning signs;
Legal basis: The legal basis for the processing of such data is the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in the protection of property and security;
Retention period: The video surveillance system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The retention period of the recordings is 48 hours following the recording;

How we process the data (processing methods)
During the period in which your data are processed, we adopt appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the data, and we will impose analogous security measures on third-party suppliers.
The processing is carried out using IT and/or electronic tools, with organisational and logical methods strictly related to the indicated purposes.
The data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
The Data Controller does not link, cross-reference or compare the images collected with other personal data or with any identification codes.
To whom we disclose your data (transfer to third parties)
The disclosure of your personal data takes place to third parties and/or recipients whose activity is necessary for the performance of the services offered and, where applicable, to comply with specific legal obligations. The third parties and/or recipients will process your personal data as Data Processors, acting under the authority of the Data Controller, solely for the purposes provided for in this privacy policy.

Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller’s staff expressly authorised to process the data and provided with appropriate operating instructions.

The Data Controller undertakes to respond to your requests within 1 month, except in cases of particular complexity, in which case it may take up to 3 months. In any case, the Data Controller will explain the reason for the delay within one month of your request.
